We are seeking charismatic and cheerful individuals to join our team as Festive Season Sales Associates. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales through effective visual merchandising and operational tasks.

About the Role



Festive Season Sales Associates will work closely with our retail teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales, and maintain high levels of store appearance and merchandise presentation. You will be required to provide exceptional customer service, process transactions efficiently, and participate in visual merchandising and operational tasks as needed.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining high levels of cash handling security
  • Participate in visual merchandising and operational tasks, including unpacking and replenishing stock, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with sales floor operations
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets, promote products, and enhance customer engagement
  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures


Requirements




  • Previous retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Availability from mid-November to January 5th, with a focus on peak trading periods
