Procurement and Governance Manager

We are seeking a talented Procurement and Governance Manager to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage onboarding, renewal, and governance of supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement, cyber security, IT, risk, and regulatory standards.
- Work with the business to identify suppliers to be onboarded and determine the level of governance required.
- Lead end-to-end supplier onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding.
- Manage supplier partnerships and negotiate agreements to ensure compliance with Allianz standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate supervision and monitoring routines to ensure supplier activities align with the Statement of Work.
- Work closely with the Cyber Governance team to manage identified supplier cyber system vulnerabilities.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in supplier/provider management, procurement, or contract administration, and a strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance.
- Demonstrated understanding of cyber security standards, IT systems, and risk management practices.
- High attention to detail with a focus on compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address supplier-related issues effectively.
- Experience in managing and fostering strong relationships with internal teams and supplier partners.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks, and manage competing resources and demands.
