Main Responsibilities
  • Provide financial and operational guidance to Directors to achieve the organization's strategic growth vision.
  • Ensure business operations are efficient and effective.
  • Be a core member of the leadership team and a trusted internal advisor.
Role Overview
  • Manage all management and statutory financial reports, expense control, revenue reporting management.
  • Prepare budget and forecasts, tax returns, and BAS.
  • Manage payroll, banking, cash flow planning, and debt management.
  • Liaise with auditors, manage IT, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in a similar role.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications, CA or CPA qualification.
  • Excellent communication skills, willingness to challenge the status quo.
