We are seeking an experienced lawyer with 5+ years of post-admission experience to join our litigation and dispute resolution team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse and challenging matters, hone your advocacy skills, and grow your career in a supportive environment.

You will be reporting directly to the principal director and your main focus will be on providing advice to existing clients while developing a new portfolio.

You will be working full-time at our Sydney office.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in a variety of litigation and dispute resolution matters
  • Appear in courts for hearings, applications, and mediations
  • Oversee junior lawyers, guiding them through all stages of case preparation and resolution
  • Provide high-quality legal advice tailored to clients' unique needs
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, barristers, and stakeholders
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding client outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in litigation/dispute resolution
  • Ability to work as a team with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with small-to-medium enterprises (SMEs)
  • Exposure to office software and practice management systems
  • Previous experience in team management
