Our goal is to create and curate Cultural Power for our clients. To achieve this, we're looking for an Account Executive or Account Manager who can help us deliver integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery.

We need someone who can develop a deep understanding of their client's business at an operational level and build strong, trusted relationships with external agency partners.

The Opportunity

This role involves managing campaigns and communication projects, including coordinating measurement, monitoring, and tracking for post-campaign analysis.

You will work closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution every step of the way.

A Snapshot of What You'll Do
  • Develop a deep understanding of your client's business operations and build strong relationships with external agency partners
  • Support the Account Management team in delivering fully integrated campaigns across advertising, CRM, and digital communications
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimates
  • Contribute to strategic briefings, development discussions, and writing well-thought-out creative briefs
  • Coordinate measurement, monitoring, and tracking for post-campaign analysis
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience working as an Account Executive or Account Manager within a Creative or Communications Agency environment
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and communication projects
  • Knowledge of advertising channels: TV, radio, print production, digital including social media
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—confident and credible presenter
  • Passionate about great ideas and committed to delivery
