School Bus Driver and Grounds Maintenance Specialist
Job Description:We are seeking a reliable and skilled individual to join our team as a school bus driver and grounds maintenance specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and has experience with vehicle operation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driver's license. They should also be physically fit and comfortable with manual labor tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the school bus on daily morning and afternoon routes
- Perform routine vehicle checks and maintenance
- Conduct regular grounds inspections to identify areas of improvement
- Carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
- Assist with event setup and teardown
- Valid driver's license
- Experience with vehicle operation and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks
