Industrial Painter and Surface Finisher

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled industrial painter and abrasive blaster to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for surface preparation, industrial painting, and usage of equipment and hand power tools.
Key responsibilities include:
- Surface preparation including sanding and cleaning
- Industrial painting using various techniques and materials
- Usage of equipment and hand power tools in confined spaces
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as an industrial spray painter or decorator
- Surface preparation skills including use of small tools
- A Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
- A Confined Space Ticket
- High Risk Tickets such as FL, EWP (desirable)
- A minimum of 2-3 years demonstrated experience (desirable)
- A team player with a safety-first attitude
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including D&A screen
