Protect Sensitive Data As A Cybersecurity Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Information Security Specialist to join our organization's Technology team. The expert will support the Cyber Security Manager in day-to-day tasks toward safeguarding our energy assets and protecting critical data.
Key Responsibilities:- Support Cyber Security Manager: Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of security strategies, protocols, and incident response plans.
- Security Engineering: Implement and manage security features within Microsoft products (Microsoft 365; Entra ID; Intune; SharePoint; Purview; MS Windows) and Azure to ensure protection of data and secure management of identities and access.
- Security Advisor: Work with Technology teams to design and implement secure architectures and secure defaults.
- Incident Response and Security Analysis: Monitor security systems, analyze events, assist in investigations, and respond to incidents when necessary.
- Experience with Microsoft products, including Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows OS.
- Proven experience in security analyst activities, including monitoring and analysis of security events and incident response activities.
- Understanding of networking (such as TCP/IP and firewalls, particularly Palo Alto).
- Understanding of secure architectures, DLP, and Identity and Access Management principles.

Other Requirements:The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology; Cybersecurity) and relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEH, GIAC, Security+).
