At Healthscope, we are committed to delivering exceptional patient care and services. We are currently seeking an experienced orderly to join our team, providing support and assistance to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Description- Patient Assistance: Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with transfers, using lifting equipment and bed movers as necessary.
- Housekeeping Duties: Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing general housekeeping tasks, including cleaning beds, restocking equipment, and managing waste.
- Linens and Supplies: Ensure the availability of clean linens and manage dirty linen removal.
- Workplace Safety: Adhere to Healthscope's WHS policy and procedures at all times.
- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to staff, clients, and patients, fostering a friendly and hospitable environment.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve work objectives and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Australia Work Authority: Possess current authority to work in Australia.
- Experience: Hold experience as an orderly or in a hospital setting.
- Vaccinations and Records: Provide proof of vaccination and serology records prior to commencement.
- Working with Children Check: Hold a valid Working with Children check.
- Service Commitment: Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional service excellence.
- Organizational Skills: Prioritize and organize work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
