Physiotherapist - Professional Opportunity Near Perth

We are seeking a motivated Physiotherapist to join our friendly team of professionals working at a private practice near Perth's CBD.

Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals, ensuring effective client care and optimal outcomes.
- Provide evidence-based treatment modalities, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education on injury prevention and self-management, promoting continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as massage therapists and sports physicians, to ensure comprehensive care and achieve shared goals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and a positive work environment.
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in physiotherapy practice, contributing to ongoing professional development and growth within the team.
- Participate actively in clinic initiatives, contributing to a dynamic and supportive work environment that prioritizes excellence in client care and professional growth.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality client outcomes and evidence-based practice, aligning with our values and mission.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
- Attention to detail and skills in analysis, planning, and problem-solving, ensuring accurate and effective decision-making.

This is a full-time position offering a competitive remuneration package, including a salary range of AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
