Housing and Leasing Services Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the availability of facility infrastructure through facilities operations, maintenance, and support services.
  • Demonstrate strong technical, programmatic, and personal leadership skills to drive success.
  • Develop and execute planned and reactive maintenance programs with similar scope and complexity.
  • Lead the execution of the Statement of Work (SOW) within established cost and timeframes.
  • Strategic Oversight: Plan, resource, and execute multiple programs/projects to align with business and product line strategies.
  • Financial Stewardship: Monitor financial frameworks and reports, ensuring management reserves and expenditure integrity.
  • Holistic Integration: Champion cross-functional team efforts to deliver synchronized services meeting government requirements.
  • Risk Management: Strategize and allocate funds for risk mitigation to safeguard project outcomes.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers and maintain transparent dialogue with the government, ensuring clarity and prompt issue resolution.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate strong customer service and people management skills to meet expectations.
  • Organization: Utilize organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet short timelines.
  • Regulatory Adherence: Enforce contractual, regulatory, and compliance mandates in partnership with contracts teams.
  • Possess an active Secret U.S. Security Clearance or Host Nation NV-1 clearance.
