Early Childhood Educator Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team.

As an experienced educator, you will play a vital role in enriching the futures of young children. Our multifunction service offers both preschool and long day care programs for children from 2 years to school age.

The Position
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational, innovative, and inclusive programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children.
  • Establish meaningful relationships with families to ensure best outcomes for young children.
  • Collaborate with a passionate and capable team to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Working with Children Check clearance number.
  • Current approved first aid qualification for early education and care (HLTAID004).
  • Completed approved child protection Statement of Attainment.
  • Experience working in early childhood services.
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake the role of Responsible Person on Duty.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of current early childhood theories and practice & children's services legislation.
