Job Opportunity for People Leader

We are seeking a dynamic and empowering People Leader to guide and support educators and families in our childcare centre.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a centre, creating connections with the local community, and mentoring staff to meet national quality standards.

About the Role
  • Manage the daily operations of the centre in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families.
  • Mentor and support the centre to meet or exceed national quality standards.
About You
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.
  • A current Working with Children's Check.
  • Experience in achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
