Strategic Planning Specialist (Cat. I)

We seek experts to support a core team during project implementation.

The overall objective of this assignment is to support the identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of EU development cooperation projects.

Duration: A tentative start date is 01/09/2025, with a contract period of approximately 16 months.

Key Expert: Strategic Planning Specialist (Cat. I)

Qualifications:

  • Post-graduate degree in Economics, Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • At least 12 years of professional experience in EU development cooperation.
  • At least 7 years supporting identification, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of EU development cooperation projects.
  • Proven track record as a Team Leader.
  • Experience in the region is advantageous.
