We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our Sydney-based contract role in banking project delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and vendor partners, to drive project objectives and deliverables.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to identify and address project issues, ensuring open communication and issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support project progress and evaluation.
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on project management and delivery.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
