Job Description:

The role of a Customer Contact Officer involves delivering exceptional customer experiences for our State Government client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inbound calls and online enquiries, actively listening to customers' needs and concerns.
  • Allocate calls to the most appropriate area or referral based on the caller's need, with support from work instructions and systems.
  • Making referrals and transferring callers to the most suitable service, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as crime reports.
What You Need to Know:

This team handles non-emergency situations. In some cases, customers may share distressing information. However, you will not be required to handle these call types through to resolution. Instead, you will follow prescribed work instructions and protocols.
