About the RoleAs a Loan Services Officer at Bendigo and Adelaide Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank’s lending operations are administered efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain current file status in appropriate systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness of information.
- Verify the correctness of documents tendered for stamping and lodging for registration, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the stamping and lodging of loan security documents at various offices of State Revenue and Registry Offices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of cheques, ledgers, and suspense accounts, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
- Monitor work requisitions, updating the register and ensuring completion, meeting productivity targets and output statistics.
- Maintain a high standard of service delivery, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service standards, and meeting management reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work proactively, innovatively, and with a customer-centric approach, delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to work within tight timeframes and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work full-time, onsite, 5 days per week at the Ipswich Regional Office, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- While previous experience and knowledge of loan securities, land titles, and other property legislation are desirable, they are not essential.
