Senior Electrical Assurance Specialist

The Design & Interface Assurance Manager role is pivotal in driving growth and development within the organization. In this capacity, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of design and interface assurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain effective external interfaces, ensuring seamless coordination with OEMs and cable contractors.
- Verify design requirements to guarantee alignment with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate design submissions and facilitate comment closeout processes.
- Ensure internal quality assurance and technical review processes are executed effectively.
- Plan, facilitate, and report on safety in design workshops, promoting a culture of risk mitigation.
- Lead a small team as part of project organization, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
- Proven track record as a design or engineering manager, with electrical / high voltage engineering experience being highly desirable.
- Exceptional coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration across teams.
- Substantial experience in high voltage substations and transmission systems, encompassing both AC and DC systems.
- Strong preference for candidates with Australian (Victorian / Tasmanian) transmission market experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to navigate complex and changing environments.
