Business Planning and Analysis Leader

The key objective of this role is to lead the Consumer Business Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team, enabling the organization to achieve its financial objectives.

  • Develop and manage the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business conditions.
  • Oversee the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to drive awareness and alignment between departments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive impactful business outcomes through data-driven insights, analysis, and actionable recommendations.

Ensure timely maintenance and updates of Customer Price lists and Product Costs in SAP, in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Foster a culture of continuous improvement to capture and implement business performance enhancements.
