Key Responsibilities

  3. Offer short-term guidance or crisis intervention to address immediate issues.
  4. Refer clients to external resources or specialists for long-term support if needed.
  5. Collaborate with other professionals to support employees' well-being.
  6. Maintain accurate records of sessions while ensuring client confidentiality.
  7. Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in guidance and mental health support.
  8. Provide consultation to managers and supervisors on handling employee-related issues sensitively and effectively.
  9. Prioritize self-care and seek supervision or support when dealing with challenging cases.
