Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced UX Designer to join our team in creating elegant, user-friendly designs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • Lead the end-to-end UX design process from discovery to high-fidelity prototypes, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Translate business requirements into thoughtful user journeys that meet customer needs and business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and interpret feedback to inform design decisions and drive design excellence.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure design intent is carried through to build, owning the design system and promoting consistent UI patterns across web and mobile.
  • Create artefacts like user flows, journey maps, and interaction models to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Champion a design thinking approach and user-first mindset across the company, driving innovation and customer-centricity.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of UX/UI experience in fintech, SaaS, or product-led businesses, with a strong portfolio showcasing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
  • Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent), usability tools, and modern design systems, with a solid understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business goals in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and confidence in presenting ideas to cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and/or fintech environments, with a flexible and adaptable approach to design and collaboration.
