About the OpportunityAs a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of complex infrastructure projects from initiation through to commercial operations.
- Delivering large-scale projects in the energy sector, focusing on energy generation and battery storage
- Leading project planning, scope, risk, and resource management processes
- Developing and guiding high-performing project teams through coaching, mentoring, and performance management

You will be responsible for leading complex infrastructure projects in the energy sector, overseeing project planning, and managing stakeholder engagement.
This role requires regular presence at our office and frequent travel between Melbourne and Adelaide.
To succeed, you must be a qualified and experienced project leader with a strong background in energy infrastructure and a passion for delivering complex projects.
About You- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is essential
- Proven experience in construction project management, including large-scale, multi-disciplinary energy projects in the Australian market
- Success in leading and developing high-performing project teams, with strong leadership, coaching, and performance management capabilities
- Deep knowledge of conventional and renewable power generation technologies, and a strong understanding of Australian construction standards and regulatory frameworks
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and contract negotiation
- Proficiency in project management tools and systems (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, ERP platforms)
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
