Bowling Entertainment Professionals Wanted

We're on the hunt for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team at Strike Bowling Frankston. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests, making their time with us truly unforgettable.
In this role, you will be trained in all aspects of our business, including hosting functions such as hen's / buck's parties, kid's birthdays, and corporate events. You'll also be responsible for welcoming guests who come to enjoy our activities.
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with our guests. Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
You'll work closely with our FUNstoppable team to create an electric atmosphere and ensure our guests have an amazing time. If you're a people person with a flair for fun, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Host functions and events with energy and enthusiasm
- Welcome and engage with guests to create a positive experience
- Work in our bar serving creative cocktails and delicious food
Requirements:
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships with guests
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail or customer-facing roles
