About the Role

Talent is seeking a highly motivated Sales Growth Manager to join our team in Newcastle. This role will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities across various IT services, including IT Services, Voice and Data, Telephony, Hardware Procurement, and Software Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: To achieve revenue targets, you will develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and success.
  2. Prospect for New Business: You will prospect for new business and leverage existing industry relationships to identify new opportunities.
  3. Manage the Sales Pipeline: You will manage the sales pipeline and build strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
  4. Conduct Market Research: You will conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

Key Requirements:

  1. 10 Years of ICT Sales Experience: You should have at least 10 years of experience in ICT sales with a proven track record of success.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: You should possess strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Ability to Build Client Relationships: You should be able to build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales growth.
  4. Experience in Complex Sales Cycles: You should have experience in managing complex sales cycles and driving deals to closure.
