We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative researcher to join our team at Susquehanna Pacific. This is an exceptional opportunity for individuals with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and programming to apply their skills in a fast-paced trading environment.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of mathematical concepts and experience working on in-depth research projects. They will be able to think critically and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

As a quantitative researcher at Susquehanna Pacific, you will have the opportunity to work with talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and contribute to the development of cutting-edge trading strategies. Our comprehensive education program provides training in areas such as options pricing and data analysis techniques, helping you to bridge the gap between academia and industry.

We offer a highly competitive remuneration package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000, attractive bonus, and additional leave entitlements. Private healthcare and gym allowances, plus wellness initiatives, are also available. You will have access to a fully stocked kitchen and regular social, sporting, and community events.

In this role, you will be responsible for investigating new ideas, leveraging market data, and developing trading signals. You will work closely with technologists to backtest your results and put them into production. Once your strategy is embedded in our electronic trading platform, you will continue to do research to optimize its performance.
