The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food and beverage, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the high standards of Park Hyatt Melbourne. You will be responsible for delivering and presenting room service orders to guest rooms, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing personalized service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver and present room service orders to guest rooms
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the In-Room Dining area
  • Provide personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, preferably in a hotel or similar environment
  • A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
