Job Description

We turn messy, real-world evidence into reliable insights that prevent harm. Our team is hiring a Senior AI Engineer (Generalist) who loves shipping clean code, learns fast and sweats the details.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end features: RAG pipelines, agent workflows, OCR/STT ingestion, eval & guardrails, and production APIs.
  • Build LLM evaluation harnesses, red-team tests, and PII/safety sanitization (prompt/response filters, automated test suites, drift checks).
  • Turn domain rules (ICAM, CCM, SHMS) into deterministic checks that sit alongside LLM reasoning.
Requirements:
  • 5–8+ years building software (Python/TypeScript) and shipping AI products in prod.
  • Experience in NodeJs and React Js.
  • Hands-on with: vector DBs (Qdrant/Pinecone)
  • Pragmatic rigor: tests, cost control, and strong attention to detail.
