About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Educator to join our team at St Brigid's Outside School Hours Care in Rosewood. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nurturing care and support to children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote children's learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that promote the well-being and safety of children.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements
  • Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
