Early Childhood Education Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Education Leader to join our dynamic team.

This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and guide our educators in delivering exceptional programs that ignite curiosity, creativity, and a love of learning.

The successful candidate will have the ability to shape a new service from the ground up, driving high-quality educational practice, embedding inspiring programs, and fostering a collaborative culture where both children and educators thrive. This role requires strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities, as well as excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program Development: Lead the development, planning, and delivery of engaging and holistic learning programs.
  • Team Support: Mentor, coach, and support educators to achieve excellence in early childhood practice.
  • Compliance and Quality: Work closely with the Centre Director to uphold compliance and quality standards.
  • Innovation: Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and innovation.
  • Child Safety: Champion the health, safety, and wellbeing of children in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
  • Partnerships: Build strong partnerships with families and the community to support every child's development.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Early Childhood Qualification: Diploma in Early Childhood Education.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience as an Educational Leader or strong interest in stepping into the role.
  • Certifications: Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications, Child Protection training/certificate.
