About the Role

Chubb is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Lines Underwriter to join our Major Accounts Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for underwriting and managing complex financial lines risks for our major customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement underwriting strategies to achieve financial plans and goals for the Major Accounts Division.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to determine acceptability of new lines and renewals.
  • Utilize advanced pricing techniques and modeling to ensure accurate premium pricing.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to underwriting and marketing teams on Financial Lines products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge of Financial Lines insurances and underwriting principles.
  • High degree of technical underwriting ability and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with customers, brokers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a team-based and results-oriented culture.
