Job Description Summary

The Installation Project Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by acting as the primary point of contact throughout the installation process. This involves applying a consultative and problem-solving approach to ensure timely and efficient project completion, while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support sales teams during site inspections and tender responses to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction and installation efficiency through effective communication, site presence, and creative problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, and installation contractors, to ensure proper and timely completion of the installation process.
  • Document and manage project changes, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.
  • Conduct regular meetings with client personnel to ensure project milestones are met and customer expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key local builders and third-party vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable safety requirements and regulations.
  • Analyze customer needs and operations to inform estimates for additional services and features.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on construction and project-related inquiries.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience delivering complex and technical projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid motor vehicle license and willingness to travel.
Desired Characteristics
  • Strong business acumen and domain expertise in the imaging and radiology market.
  • Demonstrated experience with large-scale project management in construction, healthcare IT, or medical equipment installations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers at all levels.
