A key role for a seasoned property manager to oversee our extensive portfolio of 180 properties, providing top-notch service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to take charge of property management duties, focusing on administrative support, leasing activities, and client relationships.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of 180 properties, maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
- Provide expert administrative support and assist with leasing transactions.
- Foster strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and contractors.
- Oversee property maintenance and ensure all properties are well-maintained.
- Address any issues promptly and efficiently, keeping all parties informed and satisfied.
This position requires a highly organized and reliable individual who can effectively manage a busy workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements- Prior experience in property management is essential.
- A current COR/Licence or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills, with proven ability to manage relationships effectively.
- Familiarity with Property Tree is desirable but not a prerequisite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
