Job Overview:

The Cafe Manager will oversee the on-site school cafe in Sydney, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The role involves preparing and serving beverages, snacks, and meals, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in cafe management or a similar environment, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

This is a full-time position with a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday during school terms. There may be opportunities to work across other sites during holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily cafe operations
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
