About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Traffic Controller to join our team at Stabilised Pavements of Australia Pty Limited. As a Traffic Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety of drivers, pedestrians, and workers on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage traffic control measures to maintain a safe and efficient flow of traffic.
  • Direct traffic and pedestrians to ensure compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate and maintain traffic control devices, including stop-slow bats and portable traffic control devices.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and the public to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with all WH&S and environmental requirements at the worksite.
Requirements
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and own transport.
  • Construction Industry Safety Induction Licence (White Card).
  • Both TCR & IMP tickets; PWZ ticket desirable but not essential.
  • Traffic Control Experience would be great but not essential.
  • Workers on Foot Ticket desirable.
  • Civil Road Construction experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Commitment to safety protocols and attention to detail.
  • Well-presented, reliable, and punctual.
  • Appropriate PPE and two-way radio.
  • Willingness to learn and ability to follow instructions.
