We are seeking a qualified Care Worker to join our team in the Sunshine Coast South area.

Your role will involve:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry, to ensure our customers have a safe and beautiful place to live.
  • Assisting with meal preparation and shopping to promote healthy eating and independence.
  • Offering social support and transport to lifestyle activities, such as outings and appointments.
  • Providing personal care, including assisting with mobility and therapy goals, to help our customers maintain their dignity and independence.
  • Providing respite and emotional support to alleviate stress and anxiety.
  • Transporting customers to medical appointments and other essential services.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
  • A current P1 class or above Australian driver's licence and a registered vehicle, with a willingness to travel to customer homes.
  • The ability to work independently and think critically, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support.
  • An empathetic and compassionate approach to working with older adults and their families.
