About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. As a natural people person, you will have a strong knowledge of the hotel and its surroundings, allowing you to effectively communicate with guests and provide them with a memorable experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional guest service, every interaction, every day.
  • Be proactive and resourceful in resolving guest complaints and challenges, ensuring that they are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to your team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift, ensuring that they are equipped to handle any situation.
  • Assist in all areas of the hotel during peak times, ensuring that there are no potential issues or concerns.
  • Take responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests, and staff members, ensuring that the hotel is a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Be available to work varied shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and Public Holidays.
