About the Role
As an Insurance Career Development Specialist, you will provide vital support to a dynamic team of professionals. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from home and in our office.
Your Responsibilities:
- You will offer administrative assistance to Account Brokers regarding client insurance needs, engaging with clients through phone calls, emails, and meetings to cater to their requirements.
- Participate in insurance policy renewal activities, drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, and creating reports for renewals.
- You will be responsible for preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies accurately and timely.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, client executives, and managers.
- Enhance the client experience through exceptional customer service.
About You
We are looking for someone who is passionate about a career in insurance. You should possess strong administration and customer service skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior brokers with client accounts (highly regarded)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)
- General insurance product experience (highly regarded)
- Excellent attention to detail
- A desire for professional development through ongoing training
