Job Responsibilities:

As an Officer Customer Service Wholesale, you will serve as the main point of contact for our global Wholesale distributors purchasing minted products. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products to provide customers with accurate and detailed information
  • Monitoring order progress by ensuring payments are received, orders dispatched within appropriate timeframes, tracking shipments, processing returns and refunds, and collaborating with internal teams
  • Assisting with overseas warehouse metal reconciliation reporting and engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting shipping replenishment processes by coordinating with internal teams
  • Handling and recording customer feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience

This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in East Perth, reporting into the Manager Customer Service. You will need to possess strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, a customer-focused mindset, and a proactive problem-solving ability.

Requirements:

We're looking for a collaborative team player who is open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Experience in customer service, particularly in a B2B or wholesale environment, is desirable but not required. Proficient computer skills and a smartphone for business purposes are necessary.
