We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our checkout team, where they will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be able to provide support to their colleagues when needed.

Key Responsibilities:">
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being friendly, approachable, and helpful at all times.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Assist with restocking shelves, cleaning the sales floor, and maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately

- Ability to lift and move stock and equipment (up to 20kg)

- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends

- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
