We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Traffic Management Specialist. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.

About the Role
  • Provide expert guidance and feedback to learners, ensuring they meet accreditation standards.
  • Develop and update training materials to guarantee they remain current and relevant.
  • Teach and promote adherence to industry regulations and safety protocols.
  • Offer ongoing support to learners, answering questions and helping them gain confidence in their skills.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and training methodologies.
  • Collaborate with other trainers and staff to enhance the overall training experience.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in TC/TMI is required.
  • Hold qualifications: RIIWHS205E Control traffic with stop-slow bat (or equivalent), RIIWHS201E Work safely and follow WHS policies and procedures (or equivalent), RIICOM201E Communicate in the workplace (or equivalent), RIIWHS302E Implement traffic management plans (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience as a TMA Operator is highly regarded.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience as a trainer/assessor is highly valued even if not in an RTO.
