Service Design Director

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in leading the service design team and spearheading end-to-end member and non-member experiences across various services and channels.

This mid-senior level position requires relevant education in human-centred disciplines such as UX design, Service design, Customer Experience design, design thinking, or strategic/system design. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end service design efforts across multiple business lines, ensuring seamless integration, member-centricity, and future-readiness.

You will identify and prioritize experience opportunities by applying systems thinking, service mapping, and design frameworks to balance member value with commercial and operational impact. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate service experiences into deliverable features and drive capability building within the team.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in customer experience and customer behavior research, expertise in customer research and analytics, and leadership in stakeholder engagement. Furthermore, you will be proficient in journey mapping, customer segmentation, and persona development, utilizing these tools to enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.
