About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pharmacist to join our team in the Kimberley region. As a Pharmacist with Scout Talent, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of care settings, including hospitals, Aboriginal Health Services, dialysis units, aged care centres, and community pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing inpatient clinical services in hospitals
  • Delivering culturally safe pharmacy care for Aboriginal patients, families, and communities
  • Providing outreach and community-based services
  • Supporting remote clinics through tele-pharmacy
  • Clinical auditing and clinical reviews
  • Collaborating with other healthcare providers in the region

  • You will be a strong communicator and collaborator, able to effectively build relationships with community members and healthcare providers throughout the region
