As a Senior Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of sales associates, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee the implementation of sales strategies and KPI management, including stock management and store presentation.
  • Develop and execute training programs to upskill and inspire your team, ensuring continuous personal and professional growth.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, focusing on team development and succession planning.
  • Drive a luxury or high-end customer experience, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand's premium reputation.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is always presented at its best.
  • Manage store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and handling customer inquiries or issues.
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are adhered to and that the store environment is safe and welcoming for both employees and customers.
