We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the development of robust backend systems and architect scalable data pipelines and storage solutions for complex data collection, processing, and analysis.
Main Responsibilities- Owning the full product lifecycle from business requirements to coding standards, agile development, testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.
- Designing, developing and maintaining platforms and data pipelines across fintech domains.
- Improving system performance by building stable, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Mentoring team members and contributing to wider engineering practices.
- Collaborating with other teams and departments.
- 10+ years of experience in Java, Kotlin, Scala, or C# with a proven track record of developing high-performance applications.
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and real-time processing frameworks like Apache Spark.
- Systems thinking and awareness of edge cases, failure modes, and lifecycle considerations.
- Data-driven decision making using metrics and passion for software craftsmanship and continuous learning.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in modern FinTech or Payments organization.
- Domain knowledge in financial reconciliation, financial reporting, tax, payout methods like virtual cards or customer payments.
- Hands-on experience with Spark, ETLs, and queueing systems.
Bangkok relocation package is provided.
