Job Title

We are seeking a Property Lawyer to join our team of legal experts.

This role involves working on practical, up-to-date content and resources for our popular product, which is Australia's most established and trusted 'how-to' of property law.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain practically-focused content, including sales and acquisitions, e-conveyancing, property development, commercial and retail leasing, and general property law.
  • Monitor legal developments and changes in current practice.
  • Support the Senior Legal Writer with managing external author relationships and reviewing externally prepared content for accuracy and suitability.
  • Provide support to Relationship Managers to help build brand awareness and influence market share across clients and stakeholders.

Requirements include 3+ years PQE, recent experience in an Australian mid to top tier law firm, in-house counsel or Government role, and a background in transactional and advisory work in property law.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and plain-English writing skills, aptitude for building and fostering relationships with diverse clients and stakeholders, and analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
