Job Description

This Senior Podiatrist role is responsible for the effective management of the Podiatry Clinic, providing quality specialised clinical services to a complex caseload involving clients with diabetes and high risk feet. The successful candidate will have demonstrated clinical knowledge and post-graduate experience in the management of high risk foot pathology, including ulceration, infection, neuro-arthropathy, and post-amputation management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to staff and students
  • Contribute to planning and evaluation of services
  • Manage a complex caseload involving clients with diabetes and high risk feet

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registration/eligibility for registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated ability to independently problem solve and set priorities in complex situations
  • Commitment to quality improvement and ability to contribute to planning and evaluation of services
