Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Elermore Vale. As a Clinical Care Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing care of our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medication and developing care plans
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of resident-focused continuity of care models
- Work closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or recognized equivalent qualification
- Current AHPRA Registration (Nursing)
- Flexibility in your availability
- Experience in complex nursing clinical services and/or aged care setting
