We are currently seeking to fill a position for Customer Service Reviewers who can provide insightful feedback on store presentations, services, and overall customer experience.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for visiting retail outlets in various locations, observing the service quality, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere of each store. You will then document your findings in an online survey, providing valuable insights that will help us improve our services.

  • Visit retail stores in Roxby Downs, Ceduna, or Mt. Gambier and assess the store presentation, service quality, selling skills, and cleanliness.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience by posing as a customer while making detailed observations, and then complete an online survey about your experience.
  • Deliver accurate and timely feedback to clients through the online survey process, helping us to identify areas for improvement.

Each survey typically takes between 10 minutes to 1 hour to complete. The ideal candidate should have exceptional observational skills, excellent memory, strong communication skills, and reliable access to the internet.
