As an agronomist, you will join a collaborative team of dedicated professionals in this agricultural region focused on helping growers increase their yields.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Service growers across the NSW and surrounding Dubbo region
  • Work alongside a team within an established business servicing cutting-edge farmers with significant experience partnering with producers
  • Responsibility for increasing productivity, profitability, and sustainability of farming enterprises
  • Provide agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region together with product sales both in store and on farm
  • Keep up-to-date with latest plant production practices running field days and farmer meetings focusing on broadacre winter cropping
Key Requirements:

To be successful you will have full working rights within Australia and previous experience in an agronomy position ideally within a commercial environment. Additionally, you will bring:

  • Strong technical knowledge in agronomic practices and application with experience in winter cereal crops
  • History of success in executing sales outcomes using your specialist knowledge of fertiliser, seed, and chemical products
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills
  • A driver's licence is critical
