The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Coordinator to join our team at our Eagle Farm, Queensland location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of vehicles through our site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Accurately processing incoming vehicles through our stock management system
  • Receiving and dispatching inbound stock in a timely and efficient manner
  • Participating in regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Ensuring accurate records of all stock movements are maintained in our system
  • Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards, policies, and procedures at all times
  • Daily clearing of the yard in preparation for the next day's arrivals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in a similar warehousing or site coordination role
  • A full Australian driver's license
  • Previous experience using ERP/WMS/Inventory Management systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong ability to build relationships with the wider team
  • A history of punctuality and reliability
  • A willingness to learn and be challenged to improve
  • Must be able to provide two reference checks upon request
